Our shipping is fast and reliable. No tricks, no exceptions.
For most Australians, shipping is free for orders over $300.
For orders under $300, the shipping cost is $14.99.
For some addresses, mainly regional or rural homes, we may charge an additional shipping fee to help cover our increased shipping cost. This cost will be shown to you clearly at checkout.
All of our products are made and stored right here in Australia, in warehouses across the country. This allows us to provide our premium and reliable shipping experience!

Yona Return Policy
30 DAY TRIAL
Almost everyone loves our bed, but we know that cardboard beds are a new concept. That's why we offer a 30 day trial.
Within 30 days of you receiving your bed, you can return your bed for a refund, no questions asked. As long as your bed is in a reasonable condition (it doesn't need to be perfect, but can't be destroyed), we will refund you within 3 days of receiving your bed by return courier. Please note, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
It may take another few days for the refund to show in your account, depending on your payment method.
5 YEAR WARRANTY
Within 5 years of you receiving your order, if anything goes wrong with your bed, we will cover it. We're immensely proud of our sustainable cardboard beds, but we understand that some people may be a little anxious about the durability - no need to worry!
If your bed collapses or breaks, we'll send you a new one (this has never happened, so we're not concerned!).
If your bed arrives damaged in shipping (this can happen very rarely), we will either replace the damaged piece, or send you a whole new bed. Whatever it takes to get it right.
