Return and Refund Policy
Please review the following guidelines for returns and refunds with Yarra Supply.
Non-Returnable Items
Yarra Supply does not accept change of mind returns or refunds for:
Bulk purchases
Products that have been opened
Change of Mind Returns
For other items, we consider change of mind requests made within 30 days of delivery. Requests must be submitted within this timeframe, as delays may result in the rejection of your return request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please Note: Items returned due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information, including those returned to sender as "unclaimed," will be treated as change of mind returns.
How to Submit a Change of Mind Request
To start a return, you can contact us at contact.yarrasupply@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Include images or videos showing the items in their original packaging, along with the reason for return.
Do not dispose of items without prior consultation, as we may need the items returned for inspection. Refunds cannot be issued if items are sent without prior approval.
Return Process and Refund Details
Once your change of mind request is accepted:
You’ll receive a return label, and we’ll issue a refund for the item price and initial shipping fee, minus return postage and a 10% restocking fee.
If you do not receive a return label, the refund will exclude the 10% restocking fee and the cost of the initial shipping.
Refunds for Returns to Sender (RTS)
If a customer initiates a return-to-sender (RTS) before the item is received, Yarra Supply will issue a refund for the item price and shipping, minus a 10% restocking fee. The refund will be processed after the item arrives at our warehouse.
