Buyer must provide photo or video evidence of a problem before the return will be accepted.
If you've changed your mind or purchased in error, you may be entitled to return the product for a partial refund.
We must be notified within 30 days of you receiving the item, and it must be returned in its original unused re-saleable condition with all tags and packaging in the following 14 days.
Once the return is accepted, we will issue the buyer the return authorization number as a reference for your return.
