How to Initiate a Return
All returns must be pre-authorised. Please contact us via the "Contact Seller" link in your Bunnings order confirmation email. Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for return (photos are helpful for damage claims).
Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and specific return instructions, including a return shipping label where applicable.
Important: Our warehouse operates an ERP-integrated inventory system. Any items received without a valid Return Authorisation Number cannot be processed and may be refused or returned to sender at the customer's expense. Please do not send items back without first receiving return instructions from our team.
We aim to respond to all return requests within 1 business day.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns provided the return is pre-authorised and the item is:
Returned within 14 days of delivery
Unused, unworn, and unopened, with all original packaging, tags, and seals intact
In resalable condition and undamaged
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, using the original payment method.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged during transit, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once your claim is verified, we will provide a prepaid return label and arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Items Not Eligible for Change-of-Mind Returns
Items that have been used, assembled, installed, or are missing original packaging or tags cannot be accepted for change-of-mind returns.
