We do our best to ensure that our products are wrapped sufficiently to survive their journey to you, but we do have to rely on third party companies to deliver your goods and breakages, unfortunately, can happen from time to time.
Please ensure you thoroughly check your items to see that they are not damaged or faulty on receipt of the goods.
If you can see that your item has arrived damaged, you can contact us through the contact seller link on your order confirmation email and give a description of the damaged or faulty item and we’ll be in touch to resolve this for you as a priority.
If you realize at a later stage that your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us through the contact seller link on your order confirmation email and be sure to include photos of the damaged or faulty items. Once we have received your message, we will respond to you and resolve the issue.
Please do not return damaged or faulty items without contacting us first as we will be unable to refund any postage costs.
Change of Mind Policy.
If you change your mind about a product, you can return it within 28 days of receiving it. However, you will be responsible for the actual shipping costs of returning the product.
To initiate the return process, click on the Contact Seller link. Once you have completed the details requested, we will reply with return address details.
The item must be returned in its original packaging and in "as new" condition, meaning it hasn't been opened or assembled in any way. After receiving your return, we will confirm that it is in "as new" condition within 5 business days and process the relevant credit.
