All our products are shipped from our Sydney warehouse, and will be shipped out within 1 business day. General delivery takes between 1 to 5 business days. When ordering, please enter your postcode, and when at checkout, it will advise if we are able to ship to your location. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to island locations.
Because we ship out with various couriers with different policies and services; therefore, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the courier will call you prior to delivery. We do request it, when asked, but as we are not the actual end driver, it is impossible to guarantee.
When your order has been dispatched, we will update Bunnings at the end of the day with tracking, where you can then go to one of the below websites to check your tracking details online.
You may try calling the courier directly once dispatch and tracking information has been provided as they may be able to provide you with a better estimate on your delivery. We recommend not calling in the first few days after dispatch, as the courier companies may not be able to provide an accurate response.
The courier may require assistance unloading from their vehicle, due to the size of some of our products. Please note, that couriers do not go up to floors in apartment buildings, and will only deliver to the building entrance.
