SOLAGARD FLAKE, PEEL OR BLISTER WARRANTY: Wattyl warrants that if Solagard Low Sheen or Semi-Gloss is applied correctly on sound, properly prepared surfaces as per specification, it will not flake, peel or blister for 25 years. If this paint fails to perform as specified above, Wattyl will provide, free of charge, sufficient paint to recoat the affected areas. Paint failures caused by any breakdown of a previous coating, incorrect use of the product, or by causes outside Wattyl’s control are not covered by this warranty. Labour and equipment costs are not covered by this warranty. Wattyl reserves the right to inspect the affected property at Wattyl’s cost. In Australia the benefits provided by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies available to the consumer under the law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. The Solagard 25yr Warranty is not applicable for Solagard used on a roof or for the application on PVC. The maximum Warranty period for roof areas is 15yrs and 10yrs for correctly etch primed PVC.
