Carrier Non-Compliance
In instances where a shipping carrier fails to comply with their own service obligations, including but not limited to:
* Improper handling of packages
* Failure to follow standard shipping protocols
* Breach of carrier's own terms of service
Wallpaper Trader Pty Ltd:
* Accepts no liability for resulting damages or losses
* Will provide supporting documentation to assist the customer
* Recommends the customer pursue direct resolution with the carrier

Claim Process
To pursue a damage claim, customers must:
1. Document damage immediately
2. Retain all original packaging
3. Contact the shipping carrier directly
4. Provide Wallpaper Trader with copies of all correspondence and evidence if assistance is required

Undeliverable Packages
* Returned packages incur a re-shipping fee
* Customer responsible for providing correct delivery details

Large or Bulk Orders
* Custom shipping arrangements for bulk purchases
* Potential for pallet or freight delivery
* Separate quote provided for large orders

Remote Area Surcharge
* Additional fees may apply for delivery to remote locations
* Customers will be notified of any extra charges before order confirmation

Wallpaper Trader Return Policy

For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

1. Policy Overview
This Returns and Exchanges Policy sets out the terms for returns and exchanges of goods ordered From Wallpaper Trader via Bunnings Marketplace, in compliance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and consistent with the Website Terms and Conditions.

2. Consumer Guarantees
Under the Australian Consumer Law, consumers are entitled to certain guarantees about the goods they purchase. These guarantees exist alongside this policy and cannot be excluded, modified, or limited.

3. Refund Policy
3.1 Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for 'change of mind' purchases.
For example:
* If you have ordered surplus wallpaper
* If you no longer like the design or colour
* If the product does not match your expectations (unless it fails to meet ACL consumer guarantees)

3.2 Faulty or Defective Goods
If you receive faulty or defective goods, you must:
* Notify us within 14 days of delivery, and supply pictures of the faulty goods
* Return the goods to us for inspection

3.2.1 Major Faults
If we determine there is a major fault (as defined by the ACL):
* You may choose either a refund or replacement
* We will respond to your claim within 5 business days
* We will reimburse reasonable return postage costs

3.2.2 Minor Faults
For minor faults, we may:
* Repair the goods within a reasonable timeframe
* Offer a replacement at our discretion

3.3 Exclusions from Refund or Replacement
We cannot provide a refund or replacement if:
* Goods have sustained damage due to abnormal use
* Goods have been unwrapped from plastic coverings, cut, hung, or installed by you or a third party
* Goods have been installed incorrectly (e.g., pasting paper instead of the wall)

4. Exchanges
4.1 Exchange Conditions
* Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of delivery
* Goods must be:
* In original, unopened packaging, specifically each roll still has plastic covering in tact
* With all seals and labels intact
* In a condition suitable for resale, the roll has not been damaged, bent or disfigured

4.2 Exchange Process
* You are responsible for:
* Packaging and return shipping of original goods
* Bearing all associated return costs
* Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will:
* Send exchanged items as per our standard Shipping Policy
* Charge standard delivery costs for the exchange

5. Order Modifications
* Carefully check all order details before finalising your purchase
* We do not accept changes to orders or delivery details after the online transaction is completed

6. Bunnings Marketplace Terms
This Returns and Exchanges Policy is in addition to and does not override any specific terms required by Bunnings Marketplace for sellers on their platform.
