Wallpaper Boutique Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy: Flat postage of $15. Lead times can vary if a product is being reprinted. We will always inform you if this is the case and offer you a refund, or you can select another wallpaper if it is going to be longer than our normal turnaround time. Delivery will take on average 7-10 business days, but not exceed 14 business days unless otherwise communicated to you. If you have not received your order within 14 business days, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email\nHow long does postage take? All rolls are ordered with the manufacturer or distributor as per your individual order to ensure they come from the same batch/dye lot. If you realise that you need more rolls, ensure you note down the Batch number on the roll you have received, which is on the packet, and then email through so we can see if we can get the same Batch number. Batch numbers hold high importance to the look and finish of your wall, as each batch varies slightly in colour and texture.

Wallpaper Boutique Return Policy

For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email. Our operational process revolves around ordering wallpapers based on individual orders and batch numbers, which means we're unable to facilitate returns or exchanges for over-ordered, incorrectly ordered, or change-of-mind products. This policy also covers mixed batch colour variations resulting from under-ordering or placing orders on different dates. Once an order is confirmed, if you wish to order more, please contact us immediately, so we can ensure we order based on the same batch. If you have received your order and wish to reorder the same batch, kindly email us the pattern code and batch number found on your wallpaper roll. For customers uncertain about colour or style, we recommend ordering a sample before finalizing your order. We do not assume responsibility for installation-related faults and do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges in such instances. Before hanging, please thoroughly inspect your wallpaper for defects and adhere diligently to the hanging instructions provided on the label. Any approved exchanges for reasons other than product faults will necessitate the buyer covering expenses, including a 20% restocking fee.
