Orders are sent within 2 business days from our Sydney warehouse. Delivery timeframe anywhere between 2-10 business days depending on destination. During the peak season of November through to January please keep in mind that order despatch can take longer, sometimes up to 2 days. Our warehouse will be closed during public holidays and the days they are open around these public holidays may have delays due to the increase in orders. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Here at Vivere we pride ourselves in quality items that are built to last. All Vivere products have a 12 month warranty. If outside of that time frame, please still reach out to us and we will always hope to be able to help with parts where we can to extend the life of your product.

We do not offer returns on change of mind on our products due to the size of most boxes, however should you receive a faulty, damaged or defective product we will happily replace your product or in the relevant situations send any parts needed.
