Visionchart Shipping Policy

We currently ship to metro areas only across NSW, QLD, VIC, SA, NT, WA, ACT and TAS, with some product exclusions.

Standard shipping timeframes are typically 5 to 10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the product ordered. We will arrange delivery using the most suitable carrier for your order.

Delivery Conditions
• Due to the bulky nature of many of our products, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
• Deliveries are not Authority to Leave (ATL) due to the size and value of the goods. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery and include any relevant delivery instructions when placing your order.
• Delivery dates are a guide only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during public holidays, peak periods, or extreme weather events.
• Visionchart will confirm delivery timing with the buyer where required.

Change of Mind and Damaged Goods Policy
Please note that all returned products must be:
• unused
• unassembled
• in original condition, including all original packaging

If you wish to return a purchase, please follow the steps below within 7 days of purchase to arrange a return and refund of the product purchase price (excluding original delivery and return pickup fees).

Change of Mind Returns
• Contact us via the Bunnings Marketplace messaging system for return approval.
• Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a return label for courier collection (where applicable).
• After the item is returned and inspected, and we confirm it is in as-new condition, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 2 to 3 business days.

Goods Damaged in Transit
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately via Bunnings Marketplace message.
• Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery.
• Any transit damage or delivery issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Claims reported after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Visionchart Return Policy

We do everything we can to get your order right, but if something is not as it should be, we will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible. All return, replacement, and warranty requests must be lodged through our Customer Service team via Bunnings Marketplace messaging (Contact Seller).

Please contact us immediately if:

• Your product arrives damaged in transit (you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery)
• You need to make a warranty claim
• You believe your item has a manufacturing defect or a fault in materials

Change of Mind and Ordering Errors

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or errors made in your order.

In some cases, we may approve a return at our discretion. If approved, the following conditions apply:

• The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery
• The item must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
• The item must be in resaleable condition, with no damage
• A 15% restocking fee applies
• Return transport costs are the buyer’s responsibility

If a discretionary return is approved, any applicable freight and restocking fees will be deducted from the refund.

How to request a return or warranty claim

To contact us, use the Contact Seller option within your Bunnings Marketplace order. Please ensure you follow the return instructions provided by our team, as returns sent without approval or not in line with instructions may not be accepted.
