Visionchart Shipping Policy

We ship Australia wide.\nStandard shipping time frame are between 5- 10 business days. \nDepending on your location, we will use the most efficient carrier of our choice. \n\nDelivery Conditions\n•Due to the nature of our products (bulky), please note we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.\n•Deliveries are not Authority to Leave due to nature and value - Please add instructions on your booking for receiver to be present for delivery. Delivery dates will be confirmed by Visionchart to the buyer. \n•Delivery schedule is a guideline only and not a guaranteed delivery timeframe. Delay may occur during holidays, peak periods, or extreme weather conditions.\n\nChange of Mind / Damaged Goods Policy\n•Please note: All returned products must be unused, unassembled and in their original condition (including all original product packaging).\n•If you wish to return your purchase, please follow the instructions below within 7 days of purchase to organize the return of your product and refund the purchase price of your product (excluding initial delivery and pickup fees.)\n•Please contact us for return approval. We'll send you a return label and instructions for courier pick up. After we receive the returned item and confirm the item condition as new, a refund will be generated back to the original form of payment within 2-3 business days after goods have been returned to Visionchart and condition has been satisfied. \n•For Goods Damaged in Transit, please contact our customer service immediately via Bunnings message. \n•IMPORTANT: On delivery, please check for transit damage ASAP. Please notify us within 48 hours if your order has bene damaged or these are any other problems. Claims may not be recognised if advised later than 48 hours. \n**NOTE** - Some carriers may experience delays due to increased volumes and new covid-safe processes. Visionchart will advise you if this is the case. \n

Visionchart Return Policy

We strive to do our best, but despite our best efforts, mistakes do happen. In case there are any faults in the materials you receive or any kind of manufacturing defect, we'll make sure you are taken care of as fast as possible. We want you to LOVE every Visionchart purchase. To ensure the speedy resolution of your return or exchange, all returns must be directed through our Customer Service team. Please contact our Customer Service Team immediately if: • Your product was damaged during transit, noting 48 hour policy. • You wish to make a warranty claim for any product you have purchased. • You are not satisfied with any product that you have purchased We cannot refund or exchange goods for change of mind or errors you made in your order. We may, at our sole discretion, allow a return for exchange product on a case-by-case basis, provided that the item in question is o Returned within 7 days of order. o Not used and with original packaging o Is in resaleable condition with no damage. o 15% re-stocking fee applicable o return transport costs To contact our Customer Service team, please click on the Contact Seller link located in your original order confirmation email. Please note that you must comply with the return instructions provided to you from our team. Applicable freight and re-stocking fees will be deducted from your refund in cases where you have changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return the product.
