Except in the case of defective Goods, Vencha will not accept returns unless it has ( in its sole discretion) agreed in writing to do so. If Vencha does accept returned goods then charges, including but not limited to re- stocking fees and delivery charges , may apply and will be payable by the Applicant
The Customer shall inspect the Goods upon delivery and shall, within 48 hours of delivery, notify Vencha of any defects, short deliveries or any failure to fulfill any quotation or order.
Should the customer fail to notify Vencha within the specified period then the Goods shall be deemed to be in compliance with the order and free from any defects whatsoever.
