For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.
We may, at our sole discretion, allow a return for store credit or exchange product on a case-by-case basis, provided that the item in question is:
returned within 30 days of order; not used or worn (with original tags and/or packaging); in a resalable condition; and not damaged in any way.
If we allow a return in these circumstances, we will ask you to follow our returns process. If the box is opened or damaged, or if the item is used, then a 20% restocking fee may apply: Small items 20%, Large items 30% restocking fee.
You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
is unsafe
is significantly different from the sample or description
doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase — e.g. your receipt.
Return & Restocking Fee Policy (Change of Mind)
Please be advised that returns due to change of mind are accepted in accordance with our policy below:
Small items: A 20% restocking fee will apply
Large / bulky items: A 30% restocking fee will apply
Additional conditions:
The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Returns must be requested within the applicable return period
Please note that this policy applies only to change of mind returns and does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law for faulty or not-as-described items.
