Shipping & Return Policy\nV W Rugs wants its customers to be able to shop with confidence and complete peace of mind and hence we offer 30 days return policy. As nobody wants to be stuck with an item that they don't want and with us you won't be.\nYou can return an item that you bought from us for any reason within 30 days of receiving the item - no questions asked.\n\nIf you decide to return your item then please inform us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email within 15 days of us dispatching your order to you and we'll refund the purchase price, less two delivery fees (to cover the outward and inbound delivery costs). Most of our products are offered online as free shipping, but in fact there is actual delivery cost to us to ship these products, hence if you return one of these products then the actual delivery costs (both outbound and inbound) will be deducted from your refund.\n\nNote: The item must be returned in its original condition so that we can endeavor to re-sell it.\nHow to return an item you've bought from V W Rugs\nContact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email for a returns authorization number. Please include your order number and let us know which item(s) you are returning. We will then arrange for the return of the item and email you the return freight label that would be required to attach on properly packaged product to avoid any damage during return transit.\nDamages\nAll shipments are covered by transit insurance. If you have received an item that is damaged, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email and advise us of the nature and extent of the damage. Please also advise us of your name, contact number and order number.\nIt is important for the purposes of our insurance claims that you take digital photos of the carton/roll as it arrives and also of the damaged articles/area of the item.\nWe will replace any items damaged in transit, at our cost, just as soon as we receive the damaged item back, or in many circumstances, as soon as we receive the photos. But this is only during initial use and tends to reduce/stop later.\n•\tFading: The dyes used in rugs are not UV resistant and hence rugs left near windows or in direct sunlight may suffer colour fading to some extent over a period of time.\n•\tColour variation: Due to difference in colour variations and contrast of different computer screens, the actual rug colour may vary little bit. Customers must allow for some differences in the actual rug colour. Pictures are representative only.

Our Shipping & Return Policy At V W Rugs, we want our customers to shop with complete confidence and peace of mind. That’s why we offer a 15 Days ‘Change of Mind’ return policy. Change of Mind Return If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase whether it is the rug colour, material or texture, then you can return it within 15 days of receiving it—no questions asked. Simply contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email as soon as the rug is received and you changed your mind to not keep the rug. We will provide the return courier label that would be required to put on the packed rug to make it ready for collection by courier driver. Please note that the rug must be either packed in original plastic packaging or any other packaging that would protect the rug during return transit. For all Change of Mind returns if rug is returned in used, stained or poor condition then it may fail eligibility to get refund. For all ‘Change of Mind’ returns both way freight charges will be deducted from the total purchase price and balance amount will be refunded. For Faulty Item or damaged on arrival All shipments are insured during transit. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email with details of the damage, your name, contact number, and order number. For insurance purposes, please include photos of the damaged packaging as arrived before opening it and the damaged item. For faulty items or any manufacturing defects please contact us with the concerned issue or photos via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email so that it can be assessed and actioned accordingly. In the event of faulty or transit damaged rug we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost once we receive the damaged item back, or in many cases, once we’ve reviewed the photos. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you prefer not to receive a replacement, then we will issue refund and will confirm if damaged item need to be retuned or not. Please inspect your items for damage immediately upon arrival. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after the product has been received and start using. What Doesn’t Qualify as a Manufacturing Defect: • Yarn Shedding & Pilling: Some rugs, especially 100% wool and shaggy rugs, naturally shed yarn during the initial use. This will usually subside after a period of time. • Fading: Rugs left in direct sunlight or near windows may experience some fading over time, as the dyes are not UV-resistant. • Color Variation: Due to differences in computer screen settings, the color of the actual rug may differ slightly from what you see online. Please allow for slight variations.
