Our Shipping & Return Policy
At V W Rugs, we want our customers to shop with complete confidence and peace of mind. That’s why we offer a 15 Days ‘Change of Mind’ return policy.
Change of Mind Return
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase whether it is the rug colour, material or texture, then you can return it within 15 days of receiving it—no questions asked. Simply contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email as soon as the rug is received and you changed your mind to not keep the rug. We will provide the return courier label that would be required to put on the packed rug to make it ready for collection by courier driver.
Please note that the rug must be either packed in original plastic packaging or any other packaging that would protect the rug during return transit. For all Change of Mind returns if rug is returned in used, stained or poor condition then it may fail eligibility to get refund.
For all ‘Change of Mind’ returns both way freight charges will be deducted from the total purchase price and balance amount will be refunded.
For Faulty Item or damaged on arrival
All shipments are insured during transit. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email with details of the damage, your name, contact number, and order number.
For insurance purposes, please include photos of the damaged packaging as arrived before opening it and the damaged item.
For faulty items or any manufacturing defects please contact us with the concerned issue or photos via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email so that it can be assessed and actioned accordingly.
In the event of faulty or transit damaged rug we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost once we receive the damaged item back, or in many cases, once we’ve reviewed the photos. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you prefer not to receive a replacement, then we will issue refund and will confirm if damaged item need to be retuned or not.
Please inspect your items for damage immediately upon arrival. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after the product has been received and start using.
What Doesn’t Qualify as a Manufacturing Defect:
*Yarn Shedding & Pilling: Some rugs, especially 100% wool and shaggy rugs, naturally shed yarn during the initial use. This will usually subside after a period of time.
*Fading: Rugs left in direct sunlight or near windows may experience some fading over time, as the dyes are not UV-resistant.
*Color Variation: Due to differences in computer screen settings, the color of the actual rug may differ slightly from what you see online. Please allow for slight variations.
