Warranty Policy

All robotic lawn mowers come with a two-year (24 months) warranty from the original date of purchase.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
If a fault occurs during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective part or product at no cost to the customer.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or operation outside the conditions stated in the product manual.
Normal wear and tear (such as blades, wheels, and other consumable parts), unauthorised repairs or modifications, and damage caused by water ingress, corrosion, accidents, or physical impact are excluded.
Normal battery degradation, including capacity reduction due to charging cycles or aging, is also not covered.

To make a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) and the product serial number.
Details of the fault, including photos or videos, must be submitted via email to our support team.
After assessment, we will provide a repair, replacement, or other suitable solution within a reasonable timeframe.

Return & Refund Policy

We generally do not accept returns for change of mind due to the nature of robotic lawn mowers, which involve assembly, transport, and restocking costs.
However, in certain cases, change of mind returns may be accepted if the product is unopened, unused, and not activated, remains in its original undamaged packaging with all accessories intact, and the return request is made within 30 days of purchase.
Proof of purchase must be provided.

If a change of mind return is approved, a handling fee will apply.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and a restocking fee of 20% may be charged to cover logistics and inventory costs.

If an incorrect product or model is received, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange collection and replacement, or provide a full refund at no additional cost.
