UAG Services Shipping Policy

Orders will be dispatched within two business days.\n\nUAG Services currently only provides Metro delivery to the following capital cities, NSW - Sydney Metro, VIC - Melbourne Metro, QLD - Brisbane Metro, SA - Adelaide Metro, WA - Perth Metro, TAS - Metro Areas via Australia Post or Selected Courier. Please note some exclusions apply for certain zones or bulky items as listed on specific product pages. Bulky items or heavy items that can be shipped may require a forklift for unloading due to the size and weight.\n\nAll orders will be provided with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.\n\nPlease ensure you provide an address where someone is there to sign. If you would like to authorise for your order to be left at your door please specify in the delivery instructions.\n\nPLEASE NOTE: If you elect for your parcel to be left at your premises we cannot be responsible if the parcel goes missing.\n\nDeliveries within Australian major cities can arrive within 5 business days from the date of dispatch. Some interstate and rural areas can take up to 14 business days or more.\n\n

UAG Services Return Policy

For any returns or enquiries please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 30 day money-back guarantee from the time you purchase the goods. Please contact us within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore we advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. UAG Services will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure. WHEN do items need to be returned by? You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. HOW do customers return items? By Postage with a copy of your purchase Invoice/Receipt is required. SHIPPING for returns? You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. CREDIT for returns? Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Instore return option? You can bring your item directly into our head office in Victoria for assessment. Packing materials? All items must be returned in original packaging.
