Shipping and Delivery
Only in-stock items are listed as available for immediate dispatch.
We currently ship to major cities and metropolitan areas throughout Australia.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Orders take 2 business days to prepare and be ready for dispatched. It is estimated it takes between 1-2 weeks for items to arrive from the date its dispatched from the warehouse depending on your location, holiday periods, weather conditions and other unforeseen courier delays.

Authority to Leave (ATL)
Authority to Leave (ATL) can be used for certain deliveries where deemed appropriate by the courier service. If ATL is selected or applied, the stock may be left in a safe location at the delivery address without a signature provided that's been agreed upon by the customer.

Shipping Costs
Our shipping rates are set by our courier partners and depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You’ll see the total shipping cost at checkout before finalising your purchase.

Tracking and Notifications
When the order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation as well as an email from our customer service team with your tracking details once the order is booked. While the majority of our courier partners provide live tracking, TLC does not currently offer this service. You will be provided with TLC’s contact number and booking reference, and can obtain tracking updates by contacting them directly.

Missing or Damaged Items
If your order is missing items or arrives damaged, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Troya Living Return Policy

Our 14-day return policy applies to change-of-mind returns only and does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

- a replacement or refund for a major failure;
- compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage; and
- have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If any item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and restocking fees may apply only to change-of-mind returns..

Certain items (such as bedding, mattresses, pillows and cushions) are not eligible for change-of-mind returns due to hygiene or manufacturing specifications, unless they are faulty. These exclusions do not apply where items are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Refund Process:
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method, depending on your financial institution.
