Our 14-day return policy applies to change-of-mind returns only and does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
- a replacement or refund for a major failure;
- compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage; and
- have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If any item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and restocking fees may apply only to change-of-mind returns..
Certain items (such as bedding, mattresses, pillows and cushions) are not eligible for change-of-mind returns due to hygiene or manufacturing specifications, unless they are faulty. These exclusions do not apply where items are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Refund Process:
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method, depending on your financial institution.
