At Trade Hero Australia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you change your mind, you may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. If the item has been opened or used, return fees will apply, which includes 20% restocking fee of the purchase price, and the original freight costs will not be included in the total refund amount.
For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email, so we can issue a Return Authorization and provide the correct return address.
If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
All returns are handled in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees your rights to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty or not as described.
Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer for change-of-mind returns, and by Trade Hero Australia for faulty or incorrect items.
Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item for processing.
