For orders over 25 kg or deliveries to rural or remote areas, a competitive shipping fee applies. We automatically calculate this based on live rates from our trusted courier partners, which include Toll IPEC, Allied Express, Team Global Express, CouriersPlease, and TNT.

All orders are processed and dispatched within one business day (within 24 hours) from our Melbourne warehouse. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but we always work with the most reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives as fast and efficiently as possible.

If you change your mind, you may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. If the item has been opened or used, return fees will apply, which includes 20% restocking fee of the purchase price, and the original freight costs will not be included in the total refund amount.
