Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept change-of-mind returns for items in sealed packages or boxes where the seal is damaged or broken.
If a return is approved in these cases, the return process must be followed accordingly.
If the box is opened or damaged, or if the item has been used, a 20% restocking fee may apply.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind purchases are not covered by us.
If the item is new, unused, and sealed, a 10% change-of-mind fee will be deducted from the refund.
