For any return or warranty enquiry, please contact us using the “Contact Seller” link in your Bunnings Marketplace order confirmation before returning the product.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Please contact us promptly if a product is faulty, damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied or materially different from its description. We may request your order details and photographs or other evidence to help assess the claim. Where the product is faulty or we supplied the incorrect item, we will cover the reasonable cost of returning or replacing it.
We do not accept returns where the customer has simply changed their mind or selected the wrong product.
