Your order will be dispatched within 1 business day. For Melbourne orders, please allow for 1-5 working days for transit. For Sydney/Adelaide/Canberra orders, please allow for 2-7 working days. For Brisbane orders please allow for 4-9 working days. For all other cities please allow for an extra couple of days. If you are in a rural/regional area, delivery times are generally around 7-12 working days, and at times can be longer.

For all items heavier than 25kg or too large for one person to handle, the buyer must have an able person to assist the driver with unloading the item. Delivery can only be made to ground floor of any address.

Delivery will be made via courier, as such it can't be delivered to a PO box. The courier does not deliver on weekends. It is possible to schedule a delivery date in advance, but not a specific time frame.

Where the driver is capable enough to deliver without assistance, the driver will leave the items somewhere safe on the ground floor of your delivery address.

You may return your purchase to us within 30 days of the date you received it with no questions asked. All returns must be in its original packaging. Your refund total will equal the product price less a 25% fee which covers the shipping and handling costs associated with return shipment.
