Handling Time\nOrders will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.\n\nDelivery time \nMetro areas: 2-7 business days \nRemote areas: up to 14 business days \n\nDelivery service \nAll our parcels are fully trackable. We mainly use Australia Post eParcel service unless the parcel is oversized. Oversized parcels are normally sent with TOLL or TNT. Tracking details and service used will be emailed to you upon dispatch.

TODO Return Policy

30 DAY MONEY BACK RETURN POLICY: There is a 30 day cooling off period for change of mind on new and unused items only (this excludes all health and beauty items for hygiene reasons). Buyer will be responsible for the return cost and original postage cost of the item. Also, returns will incur an initial processing fee. There is a 10% restocking fee for brand new sealed items and 20% restocking for damaged packaging change of mind returns. For change of mind returns, we assume no liability for loss of/damage to the product while in return transit. We insist that the product should be packaged carefully, insured for the full purchase price, & shipped via traceable means. Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are charged per item. If the Buyer has provided incorrect address details they will be responsible for all return to sender and redelivery fees. Fees would be subject to the dimensions and weight of the item. Warranty Returns: Defective Products that are being returned must not have any physical damage and be complete with all accessories. We must be notified if the product being returned does not meet these conditions. All products are covered with 12 month parts and labour warranty with us directly, unless specified otherwise. Proof of Purchase must accompany all warranty service requests. Tampering with this unit or any labels will void any warranty or claims. Procedure for Warranty Claims: - Please kindly make sure the returned product is complete with all parts that it came with originally - Please kindly make sure the returned product is safely packaged, as physical damage will void warranty - To ensure speedy processing of your return, please include a copy of the invoice attached outside of the package, along with your full return details and contact number as well as the nature or description of the problem inside of the package. Exclusions: Replacements or warranty claims do not apply if the product has not been installed, operated and maintained in accordance with any instructions provided with the product. If the product has been used in a manner other than for which it was designed, to the extent permitted by relevant legislation, TODO expressly excludes any liability for any indirect or consequential loss (including for loss of revenue or loss of use) arising from, or in any way relating to the incorrect use of the product. To the extent permitted by law, warranties will only apply to products used for personal / private use. Using products for commercial purposes will result in the warranty being voided. TODO goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
