Throne Boss Shipping Policy

At Throne Boss, our goal is to offer you the best value shipping options, no matter where you live.

We know you want your products quickly and so we do everything possible to make this happen.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing Time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. This is done within 24 hours [SAME DAY DISPATCH] after the order is placed on business days.
Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to you, and is in addition to the Processing Time. AUSTRALIA: Standard shipping is 4-8 business days and Express Shipping is 1-3 business days. Both Standard & Express shipping time frames are based on Capital City Area locations, some country areas may be a little longer.

Once payment is made, orders are considered final and it may not be possible to make changes to the products ordered or delivery address before dispatch, should you change your mind. Please email us ASAP after placing the order should you wish to make a change, but we cannot guarantee that this is possible, in which case the change of mind refund policy will apply.

Throne Boss Return Policy

For any returns or enquiries please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

We want you to be 100% happy with your product! So you're welcome to return your product within 30 days of order date for a full refund (see below for further details).

12 MONTH WARRANTY: We stand by the quality of our product and so if within 12 months of purchase there is a defect in the product (and the product has been used for it's intended purpose) then we'll gladly repair, replace or refund the product (the option at our discretion) for you. This is in line with the Australian Consumer Protection Act. Note: warranty claims will be invalid if the warning label has been removed from the bean bag. If you have a warranty claim, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You are required to pay for return postage. Where the product is considered faulty or damaged on arrival, we will refund your reasonable postage costs, but you must notify us of any damage within 7 days of receiving your order.Please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, Please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email and we will advise your options. Please note that exchanges are subject to the same 30 day change of mind refund policy.

Shipping
To return your product, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email for authorisation and to obtain the return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the product is considered faulty or broken on arrival. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
