Thera Roll Pro Blue

The Thera Roll is designed to reduce leg, hip and back pain by gentle fascial release of the msucles. It has a hollow core to allow for some flex. The ribbed/ridged design mobilises soft tissue to enable deeper access to muscles compared with traditional smooth foam rollers, thereby targeting sore and knotted tissue in a more precise and effective manner. It is designed for eveyday use including warm-ups and cool downs for sporting and recreational activities.
