Standard Delivery Statement – 98% of products are dispatched within 2 business days. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as order cancellations or address changes cannot be accepted once payment has been processed. Delivery typically occurs within 5–10 business days. Orders are shipped via courier based on item size and weight, with online tracking provided via a unique tracking number. Where authorised by you or if no one is available at the delivery address, the courier may leave the goods unattended without signature where deemed safe; otherwise, a signature will be required. A re-delivery fee may apply for items returned or undeliverable due to incorrect address details or unsuccessful delivery attempts. Courier deliveries occur during standard business hours (9am–5pm, Monday to Friday only, excluding public holidays). Couriers deliver to the property entrance only and may require customer assistance with unloading. Door-to-door delivery cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances, and customers in remote or regional areas (including farms, islands, mining camps, or small towns) may be required to collect goods from the nearest freight depot.

Tennant Company Ltd Pty Return Policy

For any returns, please contact us via the 'Contact Seller' link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

This policy applies to orders which were purchased from Tennant (direct or online). Products purchased elsewhere should be returned directly to the retailer or dealer from which they were originally purchased.

The return policy relates to current parts and obsolete parts. More details on conditions and process can be found below.

There are several kinds of returns for parts:
a. Unsatisfactory delivery or faulty goods
b. Goodwill returns or change of mind
Exclusion: custom products are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations.
a. Unsatisfactory delivery

Where a product is faulty, damaged, shortages, incorrectly charged or described incorrectly, Tennant will make a full refund or replace the part without any additional charges. Tennant allows for up to ten (10) days to request the return of an item for a refund. Requests for proof of delivery must be received in writing within thirty
(30) days after receipt of the invoice for the Products.

b. Goodwill returns or change of minds

If the item(s) is (are) simply unwanted, Tennant will consider refunding the cost of the item minus a 15% handling fee. Pre-approval from Tennant is required for all returns and will not be responsible for transport nor settlement of any associated transport costs.
The customer must contact Tennant's Customer Service team with parts for return (including Tennant part number, original purchase order number, Tennant invoice number, description and quantity). Return timeframe is 30-days with nothing over this timeframe to be accepted.

All return items must be accompanied by official Tennant Return Delivery documentation. Please contact Tennant's Customer Service team for approval prior to returning goods.

Products will not be accepted for return for credit unless they are of merchantable quality in original, unmarked, and clean packaging.

Some groups of parts can’t be returned:
- Electronic components (like PCB’s, batteries, circuit boards, chargers);
- Incomplete kits.
- Consumable parts containing rubber and/or linatex;
- Brushes, pads and pad holders
- Materials that are not part of standard assortment.
- Detergents.
- Parts airfreighted at customer's request
- Obsolete Parts
