Change of mind returns must be within 30 days of receiving the item.

Any items damaged in transit must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item along with photos to be provided to our Claims department.

If there is a change of mind, the item is to be returned to Telbix within 30 days from the date the item is received, in original and unused condition/packaging (clear tape only to be used and no markings on the box). Shipping will be at buyers expense.
