For any returns or enquiries please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.
At TEGAL, our priority is to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return your product to TEGAL within 14 days after receiving your item (return postage will be bear by the buyer).
Upon a valid return, tracking is received, we will refund you the original product cost (excluding freight charges).
Please note:
The item must be returned in its original re-saleable condition with all tags and packaging (ready to be put back on the shelf).
The item must NOT be opened, used or damaged, and must be in perfect condition when returned.
You must NOT stick or write anything on the item itself or its packaging. Please only write or place postage stickers on the outer postage packaging.
60 DAYS DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY (D.O.A) WARRANTY POLICY:
TEGAL products directly sold by TEGAL.com.au are provided with a 60-day D.O.A warranty.
This warranty applies if you believe that your product is faulty and is valid within 60 days of your purchase.
If the item received is faulty, to ensure the minimal refund processing time, please contact us directly as follows:
a) Take a photo of the damaged item, a faulty item, wrong item or screenshots of the incompatible scene as proof.
b) Contact us stating the problem and your wish for exchange or refund, we will try our best to satisfy your requirement.
c) Please wait for 2-3 business days for our after-sales team to approve the application.
d) We might kindly ask you to send the defective item back to us for further improvement in our products (Return postage will be covered by TEGAL), alternatively a refund will be directly issued without sending the item back per agreement with both parties.
f) If an exchange is requested by the customer, we will send a replacement item with tracking. (2nd postage will be covered by TEGAL).
Please note:
Users who misuse, mistreat, submit a product with standard wear and tear or a product that is out of our warranty period are not covered by the standard warranty.
COMPATIBILITY ISSUE CLAIM:
TEGAL does not guarantee that every computer-related device is 100% compatible with every computer. We recommend customers read the description of each product carefully before purchase. When a compatibility issue involving another brand’s device occurs, we recommend you contact the TEGAL support team to seek advice before starting a warranty claim. TEGAL reserves the right to determine if the product is faulty.
