Teamson Shipping Policy

Delivery Speed
Products are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Tracking number will be provided once available.
In most cases, delivery of an order will take approximately 2-6 business days depending on your location. Longer delivery times are necessary for remote areas.

Shipping Cost
Free Shipping is offered for all of our products for most of the locations except the following areas:

QLD - Regional North, SA - Adelaide Metro, WA - Greater Perth, WA - Regional South, WA - Regional North, TAS - Metro Areas, TAS - Regional

Shipping cost will vary depending on the size of your product.

Couriers
Australia Post will deliver most of our products. We use Toll Express's delivery service for over-sized items (over 20 kgs).
For inquiries about shipping status, you may contact the couriers referring your order tracking number. If any further support is needed, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We make every effort to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

Teamson Return Policy

For returns or enquiries:
Please contact us via the “Contact Seller” link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

1.Shipping
Products are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
To help speed up delivery, orders cannot be cancelled after payment.

2. Christmas Delivery Deadlines
For the best chance of delivery before Christmas:
Anywhere in Australia (except WA & NT): 10 December – 20 December
WA & NT: 6 December – 15 December

3. Returns
No returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receipt to arrange a suitable solution.

4. Warranty
Refer to your product instruction book for specific warranty periods.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by:
-Incorrect usage
-Using against manufacturer instructions
-Negligence or accidental breakage
