SYDNEY FURNITURE Shipping Policy

Before placing an order, the buyer agrees to the following Shipping and Delivery terms.

We ship Australia wide with express and standard carriers. All the items will be dispatched from our Sydney warehouse.
Processing & Handling Time:

• The orders will be dispatched within 48hrs with the stock availability and correct address and shipping information.
• Some products may be dispatched in multiple cartons and might be delivered in multiple batches depending on the courier company.
• Once a tracking number is provided, please allow the courier company to scan the package at their parcel facility to get the tracking number live and activated.
• We are backed by multiple carriers which will be picked by considering the factors like product dimensions, area and nature of delivery.

Cancellation/redelivery/re-direction of an order:

• Once you have the tracking number, we will not be able to cancel the order as it would have left the warehouse already by the time you contact.
• Such cancellations will incur additional postage and restocking fees and will be considered as Change of Mind
• Once the product is dispatched, additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.

7-days Money Back Guarantee - Change of Mind Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with the product, you are entitled to a Change of Mind refund. You can inform us within 7 days of delivery. All return costs will be at the buyers' expense. Therefore the refund will be given minus the total delivery and collection costs. All items must be in the original wrappings and not assembled or part assembled in any way. Any products returned without proper sealed packaging will be rejected under the change of mind policy. Upon receipt of returned goods, we will inspect and the refund will be processed (if no problems) within 7 working days.

Faulty/Damage in Transit
Please inform our customer team within 48 hours after receiving the items and provide us with photos of the packaging with the label, the inside of the packaging and the photos of the faulty items. Our customer team will provide the best solution following the issues.
