REFUND POLICY
At Sweet Goodbye, we value our customers. We understand you could be going through a difficult time right now, so your satisfaction is very important to us.
Size Guides are available to help with selecting the right size for your pet. To avoid disappointment, please refer to these guides and measure your pet when placing your order.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your Sweet Goodbye item(s), we will gladly provide an exchange or refund if requested within 30 days of your original order date.
At Sweet Goodbye, we offer FREE Standard Shipping on the replaced or exchanged items.
NEED AN EXCHANGED ITEM QUICKLY?
If you need an exchange item quickly, we recommend purchasing the new item as a separate order and returning the original item to us for a refund rather than an exchange.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you wish to return your item(s) for an exchange, replacement or refund, just follow these easy steps:
1. EMAIL US via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email to request your refund, exchange or replacement within 30 days of your order date. Please include the reason for your return plus the order date and order number. If you are wanting an exchange, please let us know your new desired product, size, color and ship-to address.
2. RECEIVE SHIPPING LABEL - we will send you a Return Address Label to print and affix to your package. Please return all items in their original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns, other than for faulty items.
3. SEND PACKAGE with RETURN ITEM - we recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return as we cannot accept responsibility for any returns lost in transit. Please retain your tracking number to track delivery status.
4. RECEIVE REFUND / EXCHANGE / REPLACEMENT – we will notify you via email once we have received your return. Please allow approximately 7 business days for credits, refunds or exchanges to be processed.
If you have not received your refund after 15 days, please contact our customer care team via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Returned items must be received within 30 days of the order being received, unused and in the same sellable condition in which they were received (with the exception of returns due to faulty items).
2. Clearance Items - Items marked down for clearance cannot be refunded but may be exchanged, within the normal returns period. We will gladly replace or exchange faulty clearance items as per our regular policy or issue a refund if a replacement item is no longer available.
3. Re-stocking Fee - At the seller’s discretion, a $15-$25 re-stocking fee, based on product value and level of repackaging required, may be assessed on opened items, which are being returned and will need more than typical re-packing.
