Returns Policy
For any returns or enquiries, please contact us via the Contact Seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). Please state your concern(s) along with your contact details and a member of our team will respond to you.
Change of Mind Returns
Once you have been issued a RAN, send back the item(s) in the original product packaging. If you are requesting an exchange, you must also include a postage-paid satchel. Please include your contact details and briefly outline the reason for the return. All products must be returned in new, unused, undamaged, and original condition to ensure further processing. The return address will be provided once a RAN has been issued.
We will happily exchange products that are undamaged, unsoiled, and in their original condition. The general timeframe to request a change-of-mind exchange is within 14 days from the date of delivery.
For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item and, where applicable, the cost of re-delivery. We recommend using a registered or trackable delivery service to minimise the risk of items being lost in transit.
Refunds approved for eligible change-of-mind returns will be processed to the original payment method. Proof of purchase must be provided.
For some incorrectly purchased items, a 20% handling and restocking fee may apply. This applies to eligible change-of-mind returns only and does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us via the Contact Seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email as soon as reasonably practicable. We may request photographs or additional information to assist with the assessment of your claim.
Where required under the Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund. If a return is required for a valid Australian Consumer Law claim, we will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping where applicable.
Warranty
The warranty period is stated on the individual product listing. Any warranty claims may require the product to be returned for inspection or sent to the manufacturer through us. Proof of purchase must accompany all warranty claims. This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Returns Policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
