Orders placed before 11am on weekdays will dispatch the same day. If an order is placed after 11am, it will ship dispatch the next weekday. There may be some rare cases where dispatch may be delayed for 1 business day.
What is the expected delivery time?
It will depend on your location and distance from our Canberra warehouse. Typically parcels are delivered within 3 business to Syd, Melb, Bris, Adel, Cbr and up to 7 business days for other locations. Remote regions may experience longer delivery times.

All our orders are fully trackable, you will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.
What carriers do you use?
We use Australia Post, Couriers Please and Aramex for orders up to 22kg.
For orders over 22kg, we use Toll or TNT to deliver your order.

- return within 30 days for a full refund of the unit price
- buyer is responsible for return freight charges
- we can offer the use of our freight account, with charges deducted from the refund or credit
- restocking fee between 5 - 15% may apply if an item is not returned "as new" or without important packaging
SWAMP offers a 30 day return policy on all products purchased through our website. If you change your mind or find a product is not suitable for its intended purpose, you may return it to us within 30 days, and SWAMP will refund the unit price of the item. Products must be received back to us in 'as new condition' with all original packaging, or a restocking fee up to a maximum of 15% may occur. It is the responsibility of the buyer to arrange and pay for the return shipping, though we can offer the use of our freight account to help minimise the cost of return. Shipping costs are not-refundable for 'change of mind' returns.
