If you think the received item does not fit, or a certain part of the order is missing, please contact us immediately. Do not return the item/s until we provide return instructions. Except weekends and public holidays, we will respond within 24 hours of receiving your emails or phone calls. If we have sent an incorrect or faulty item, we normally take it back at our own costs and re-send you the correct item. If the item does not fit your purpose because you did not provide us with correct and/or sufficient information, you can return at your cost for exchange.
Our seat covers are custom made according to the car manufacturer's standard seats. If your seats have been modified, worn off or no longer in the orginal factory seat configuration including but not limiting to shape, thickness, etc., our seat covers might not 100% fit. In such cases, we might be able to offer customisation to better fit your seats, which would incur additional charges.
