At Alphago Fitness, we are dedicated to delivering your fitness equipment with speed, safety, and flexibility. Our shipping policy is outlined as follows:
- Carriers Used: We partner with a wide network of trusted carriers, including Mainfreight, My Team Global, TNT, Hunter Express, and other reputable logistics companies. The most suitable provider is selected based on your address to ensure optimal delivery efficiency and cost.
- Metro Area Deliveries (Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast):
We offer local delivery by our in-house drivers, starting from $49, with delivery guaranteed within two weeks of order placement. Customers are also free to choose a third-party freight provider if preferred.
- Other Areas: Orders outside metro areas are dispatched on the next business day after payment is received.
- Remote Area Option: For customers in remote regions, we offer delivery to the nearest freight depot, from which you may collect your items at your convenience.
- Authority To Leave (ATL): Available upon request.
- Shipping Costs: Automatically calculated at checkout and paid by the customer.
- Transit Damage or Loss: While we take every reasonable measure to protect your items during transport, if your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us directly and we will take responsibility to resolve the issue. In the case of loss during transit, we will issue a full refund including shipping fees.
- Order Processing: Orders are only processed once payment is received in full.

At Super Alphago, we are confident in the quality of our products, offering a 14-day money-back guarantee for most items. Our warranty ensures we'll repair or address issues for up to one year after purchase.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about a purchase, we are happy to accept returns under strict conditions within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible, the item must be unused, uncleaned, and in new condition with all original tags attached. Please note that returns will not be accepted on discounted items or for changes of mind on items that have been used or are not in new condition.
If the size doesn't fit upon arrival, we are happy to facilitate a return within 14 days of purchase under the same conditions as a change of mind return.
To initiate a change of mind return:
Provide proof of purchase.
Notify us 24 hours before returning the product.
Ensure the item and its original packaging (including manuals, bolts, and packing materials) are in new condition.
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the purchaser. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking, as we are not responsible for lost parcels. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or incomplete items are not eligible for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet these conditions.
