Return Policy
For any return requests or enquiries, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Customers are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for change-of-mind purchases.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, items must be:
Unused
In original condition
Returned with tags and original packaging where possible
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Returns must be approved prior to being sent back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as reasonably possible if your item is:

Not as described
Where a claim is approved, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns unless required under Australian Consumer Law:
Perishable goods
Custom or personalised items
Personal care products
Clearance or sale items
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Product Warranty
Selected products may include manufacturer or supplier warranties against manufacturing defects. Warranty coverage does not limit or replace your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
