Strike Group Australia Shipping Policy

Most of Strike Alpha Cradles Ship in 2 - 3 business days after the order has been placed.

All standard orders are shipped via Startrack Express. All orders to a PO box will go via Australia Post.

FREE Express Shipping for ALL ORDERS OVER $250 (incl. GST) within Australia.

Please note our larger antennas cannot fit in airbags and will be shipped via road.

Strike Group Australia Return Policy

Warranty and Consumer Guarantees

All products sold by Strike are covered by a warranty for your protection and peace of mind. Our products are all brand new and the warranty period is specified if applicable inside the packaging of the product. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.Shape

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Customers must inspect goods immediately upon receipt. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or are not to your satisfaction, the issue must be reported via the Bunnings Marketplace return request process within 7 days of delivery.

Strike may request additional information or photos to assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

If the return is accepted, return instructions will be provided by Strike.



Change of Mind and Cancelled Jobs

If a return is requested due to a change of mind, cancelled job, or no longer required purchase, the following conditions apply:

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund

The original freight charge is not refundable

Items must be unused, complete, and returned in original packaging

This fee covers the handling, inspection, and processing costs associated with the original order.



Return Approval Process

All returns must be approved before being sent back. Strike does not accept walk-in or in-store returns via Bunnings retail locations

Returns sent without an approved return request or without following the provided instructions may be rejected. Shape



Return Method and Responsibilities

- Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned items to prevent damage during transit.

- Proof of purchase and the approved return reference must be included with the return.

- Strike is not responsible for loss or damage that occurs during return shipping.

Returned products may be tested on receipt. In some cases, items may need to be assessed by the manufacturer, and customers will be notified if this applies.



Refunds, Replacements, and Credits

Where a return is approved and assessed as compliant:

- Strike will provide a replacement where stock is available, or

- A refund or credit will be issued where a replacement is not possible or where otherwise agreed.

Refunds are processed in accordance with the Bunnings Marketplace return workflows.



Non-Acceptable Returns

Strike reserves the right to refuse returns that:

- Are incomplete or missing parts

- Are not returned in original packaging

- Show signs of misuse, mistreatment, or abnormal wear and tear

- Are damaged due to improper installation or handling

- Are not supplied or distributed by Strike
