TRANSIT TIMES
Standard Shipping averages 2-5 days for delivery to most areas in Australia. Shipping to regional areas (eg regional WA/NT) may take longer. It is important to remember these delivery times are estimates, and can be affected by weather conditions or other unforeseeable events that are outside the control of the shipping company.

LOSS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
Replacement of damaged items or lost deliveries can be offered to customers who contact Stinger Golf Products to discuss the issue within 5 days of delivery. Please inspect the contents of your shipment carefully upon your receipt of it and report any items that are missing or have arrived damaged or broken in transit. We are still open to discuss options after those five days have passed.

For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

Australian Golf Equipment is the official distributor of Stinger Golf Products.

Whilst we have taken great care to ensure all website images accurately represent our products, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual colour of a product... sorry!

We’re absolutely positive you’ll love your new golf products, however if you are unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to return or replace it, please contact us.

Now, just so we’re on the same page, the following conditions apply for all returns and exchanges:

If you do wish to make a return, please ensure that your product has not been used in anyway, as once it’s been wheeled out on to the golf course, it will be yours for keeps.
Please make your return or refund request via email within 14 days of receiving your order. In your email, be sure to include your order number, personal details, and the reason for return or refund. If there’s any damage, make sure you take a photo and attach it to your email. We’ll then give you instructions on what to do next.
All products must comply with our Warranty Conditions and exclusions. We encourage you to review these so you’re aware of what’s required.
Your request will be assessed individually by a member of our onsite warranty and returns team.
It’s important to note that all product return costs will be covered by the customer and will not be included in any refunds issued.
If you’re unable to return the products in it’s original packaging, or if the packaging is damaged, then a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price will be deducted from any refunds issued.
Please be careful when repackaging, as if this is done incorrectly and the product is damaged in transit then it may void your refund request.
Bundles are unable to be replaced or refunded unless it’s found to be faulty or damaged. Individual items that are purchased within a bundle are eligible for replacement or refund, as long as they comply with these this returns policy.
