Full 2-Year Coverage. We back every machine with a robust 2-year warranty, underscoring our confidence in its quality.
Expert Repairs. Our technicians are available to assist with repairs. If a repair is not reasonably possible, we may replace the machine in accordance with the applicable warranty and Australian Consumer Law.
For remote areas, we will endeavour to provide appropriate assistance, which may include arranging a technician or supporting repairs through a nearby metropolitan area where appropriate.
A Machine Like No Other. User-friendly and designed for reliability, our equipment has fewer moving parts to help reduce wear and tear. Its motor is rated for 10,000 hours plus, subject to proper use and maintenance.
Self-Service Simplified. Easy-to-follow video tutorials may assist with self-servicing. After the warranty period, parts may be available at cost. Certified technicians may also be available for servicing.
Innovative Features. Our smart machine adjusts weight instantly from 100kg to 0kg. If weight is dropped, it auto-adjusts in real time, helping minimise wear.
General Warranty Coverage
Speediance guarantees that your Speediance product, when used, operated and maintained according to the provided instructions, will be free from material and workmanship defects throughout the applicable warranty period.
If material or workmanship defects arise during the warranty period, Speediance will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the warranty and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You may also be entitled to have goods repaired or replaced where they fail to meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this policy limits, excludes or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
The warranty applies to products purchased through official Speediance channels or authorised distributors and is intended for personal or household use. Commercial use may be subject to separate warranty terms, but this does not limit any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty Period
The warranty period begins on the day you receive your product.
Gym Monster, including motor, screen and power supply: 24 months.
Gym Pal, including motor and power supply: 24 months.
Accessories, including bench, rower, handles and cables: 12 months.
Where proof of purchase is unavailable, we may request other information to assist in establishing the purchase and warranty period.
Conditions for Warranty Service
To assist with a warranty claim, you may be asked to provide:
• Proof of purchase;
• Product serial number, where available;
• A description of the issue; and
• Photographs or other information where applicable.
Warranty coverage applies to defects arising from materials or workmanship during the applicable warranty period.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper operation, installation errors, unauthorised repair, modification or disassembly, except where otherwise required under the Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not generally cover:
• Damage caused by misuse or improper operation;
• Installation errors;
• Unauthorised repair, modification or disassembly;
• Cosmetic damage that does not result from a manufacturing defect;
• Normal wear and tear;
• Damage caused by environmental factors such as extreme temperature, corrosion or electromagnetic interference;
• Damage caused by operating outside specified guidelines or in extreme environments;
• Force majeure events such as fire, flood or earthquake; or
• Products used commercially where separate commercial warranty terms apply.
These exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not limit or exclude any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Obtaining Warranty or Return Assistance
For any warranty, return or product support enquiries, please contact us via the Contact Seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.
To help us assess your request, please provide:
• Your order number;
• Proof of purchase;
• Product serial number, where available; and
• A description of the issue, including photographs where applicable.
We will assess each request and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and any applicable warranty.
Logistics Costs
Speediance will cover reasonable return shipping costs where required under the Australian Consumer Law, including where a product is faulty, damaged, defective or otherwise subject to an applicable consumer guarantee remedy.
For eligible warranty repairs or replacements, Speediance will provide appropriate return and delivery instructions.
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
Cross-Border Warranty Australia
Warranty services for products purchased in Australia are valid nationwide, subject to the applicable warranty terms and Australian Consumer Law.
Wear and Tear
Items such as resistance cables may wear down through normal use. Issues resulting from normal wear and tear may not be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
We recommend regular inspections and prompt replacement of worn parts for safety.
Parts may be available for purchase, and labour or travel costs may apply to servicing associated with normal wear and tear outside any applicable warranty or Australian Consumer Law remedy.
This does not affect your rights where an issue results from a defect or failure covered by the Australian Consumer Law.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Speediance is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Any limitation of liability in this policy applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not limit, exclude or modify any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law, including rights relating to consumer guarantees, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Returns
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility.
Change-of-mind returns are subject to the condition of the product at the time of return and do not affect any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us via the Contact Seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email as soon as reasonably practicable after becoming aware of the issue.
We will assess your request and, where required under the Australian Consumer Law, provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement or refund.
Where a return is required, we will provide return instructions.
Reasonable return shipping costs will be covered where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this Returns, Warranty & Refunds Policy limits, excludes or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
