Faulty Goods Returns:
If you believe you have purchased a faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described product, you must provide proof of purchase so we can assess your claim and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Proof of purchase may be your original register receipt, credit card statement, or any other form of evidence.
Soundz Store Australia may have the product assessed by a third-party certified repair agent to determine the nature and cause of the fault where reasonably required. Soundz Store Australia may decline a claim where the fault is found to have been caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modification.
Where a valid claim is made under the Australian Consumer Law, the appropriate remedy may include a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the fault and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Manufacturer warranties are provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Most of our premium products are supported by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty. Some products may have a different warranty period; please refer to the relevant product description.

Change of Mind Returns:
We want you to love your product, but if you change your mind about your purchase, please let us know before the product is opened. Products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns if they have been opened (package seals broken).
If you change your mind within 5 days of placing your order, and the product remains unopened with all seals intact, contact us via the Contact Seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email to request return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an appropriate resolution.
The onus is on the customer to thoroughly research products to ensure they are compatible with the required devices and intended usage. This applies to change-of-mind returns only and does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
