Solar 4 RVs Shipping Policy

1. Overview
At Solar 4 RVs, we deliver throughout Australia. To provide the best service and pricing, we compare Australia Post Post and various courier companies, including TNT, Toll, Hunter, Aramex, and Couriers Please, before arranging delivery.

2. Delivery Terms
Please note that couriers do not deliver to Post Office Boxes, so a residential or business address must be provided. Deliveries are made during business hours. TNT deliveries require someone to sign for your delivery and may charge a re-delivery fee if no one is present to accept the parcel. You can leave instructions for a safe drop-off location during the checkout process. However, we cannot take responsibility for items left by TNT if no one is home. The items are left at your own risk. Alternatively, consider having items delivered to your workplace if it's more convenient.

3. Delivery Timeframe
After your payment, please allow 24 hours for your order to be dispatched. Delivery times after dispatch vary based on the delivery address location and whether the item is dispatched by air or road. Delivery times to major cities in the Southern Eastern states generally take 2 to 5 business days, North Queensland 4-10 business days, Perth 4-8 business days, and Darwin 5-14 business days. Non-metro areas may require an additional 1-3 days, and remote areas may require more than a week. If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, please contact us before ordering.

4. Delivery Tracking
We provide tracking/consignment numbers and delivery details to customers. You can track the status of your delivery using the couriers tracking links directly if preferred. If you encounter issues with tracking, or your order doesn't seem to be progressing, please contact us so we can follow up with Australia Post or the courier.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your parcel arrives damaged, please report this to us within 24 hours of receipt. Include photos of the damaged box or satchel. The shipping insurance ends 5-7 days after delivery depending on the courier, after which the item is considered to have been damaged post-delivery, voiding any refundable amount. If your package arrives intact but the items inside are faulty, please refer to our Returns Policy.

6. Stolen Packages
We recommend monitoring the shipment tracking link for updates. Couriers will drop off parcels at the delivery address and leave them based on the delivery instructions or at the driver's discretion. Once delivery is confirmed, the delivery insurance and delivery policy end. Solar 4 RVs is not responsible for items stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend having items delivered to a location where someone is always home or a business address.

Solar 4 RVs Return Policy

For any returns or enquiries please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

Returns/Exchanges Period: Accepted for 30 days after purchase, provided the items are unused and in original packaging.
Warranty: Varies depending on the product, in line with the manufacturer's warranty statements.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If an item is not as described or not working, customers should contact Solar 4 RVs through the Bunnings messaging system for a refund or re-delivery. Solar 4 RVs covers postage costs for returning incorrect or faulty items. The customer has 5 business days from the couriers delivery notification to contact Solar 4 RVs, after which the item will assumed damaged after delivery.

Change of Mind Returns: Accepted if the item is in as new condition, including unopened packaging. Customers are responsible for postage costs for returning the item. They can opt for a refund or an exchange.

Contact Before Return: Customers are advised to contact Solar 4 RVs through the Bunnings messaging system before initiating any returns. Items must be returned to the Solar 4 RVs warehouse located in Rowville, Victoria.
