We offer nationwide shipping across Australia for all online purchases. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 business hours, and delivery typically occurs within 2-7 business days, though remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable. Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor your shipment every step of the way. We require signatures for valuable items, such as flat-screen TVs, to ensure secure delivery. If an item is undeliverable, it may be held for collection at your local depot or post office. In some cases, redelivery can be arranged by contacting the courier company directly. For certain parcels, an Authority to Leave option is available; however, please be aware that we and our courier partners cannot be held responsible for lost items after delivery.
We partner with Australia Post, Couriers Please, and Aramex for both registered and express delivery services. For oversized items, we may utilize the services of Allied Express and Hunter Express to ensure efficient and reliable delivery.
Shipping Costs for Returns
If a product you purchased fails to meet one or more Consumer Guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, we will cover the cost of shipping the returned product, as well as the shipping for any replacement product. If the returned product is not eligible for repair, replacement, or refund under this policy (including under Australian Consumer Law), you will be responsible for any postage, shipping, transportation, or collection costs.
