Smartform 300 x 1m Black Lead Free Flashing

Smartform can stretch up to 60% along its length giving it unsurpassed performance when flashing over extreme roof profiles while maintaining a watertight seal. Smartform has a creped aluminium top sheet which allows it to stretch up to 60% in length. This makes it suitable for ad-hoc and difficult to flash areas such as roof penetrations, ducts and sky lights as well as extreme roof profile shapes like KLIP-LOK metal, and polycarbonate roofing sheets. The fully self-adhesive butyl backing ensures a neatly sealed flashing between surfaces, so no water can seep underneath. Because Smartform can stretch up to 60%, it’s capable of flashing around a 360° diameter in one piece and is perfect for lining roofing components (such as box gutters) that are prone to rusting by creating a waterproof flashing barrier.
