For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

What is Smarterfolks return policy?
At Smarterfolks, we totally understand that things don’t always go as planned. If you are faced with a reason that you need to return the goods back to us, kindly send us an email and we will work with you to ensure the best possible outcome.

What is 100% fitment guarantee?
We guarantee all products will fit the vehicle as described on our website and your order confirmation . If a product does not fit the stated vehicle, we will work with you to offer either a full refund for a return or an exchange.

We will require evidence of the fitment problem with the details of the vehicle. When claiming a Fitment Guarantee issue, please provide the following information in an email:

Photos and/or videos of the fitment issue
Make, model, year and trim of the requested vehicle
This will allow us to troubleshoot the issue and provide you with further information. Once your return is approved, kindly ensure that the mats are returned in a “as new” resalable condition for us to process a full refund upon receipt of the return.

Items returned that do not comply with the above conditions may be refused.
