The SMAI Vanta Row / Fly Pad attachment is a surprisingly versatile accessory for bench pulls, rows, flys and more. Featuring an adjustable angle via a quick lock safety pin, set your preferred angle for a range of exercises. Use for chest rows and pulls, flys and preachers. Set the pad at a low height and use for hip thrusts, or even set at a seat height and use as a bench.
