We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If products purchased from Edifier’s online store do not meet your expectations, you may return it with the packing slip within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Returned products must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories (including all warranty cards and product manuals/instructions). Sending a product to us that is not in resalable condition will result in the item being sent back to the customer at their expense. How long after purchase can I return a product? You may return a product within 30 days of the original purchase date. I want to ship a return. What do you need from me? Please follow these steps when returning your purchase to us: o Ship your item in its original packaging o Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories. o Include the packing slip or gift receipt sent with shipping confirmation; we will not accept returns without a packing slip or receipt. o Please put your order number with the letters RMA (ex. 1234-RMA) on the outside of the box.
