Please enter a standard street address for your order.\n\nHow long does it take to receive my order?\nAll orders with in stock items normally take 24 hours to process.\nStandard Shipping for Edifier Online store is by a trusted third party carrier. Most standard shipments will be delivered in 3-5 business days from the shipping date. \nPlease note, processing times are in addition to the transit time estimates.Due to global logistical delays, all shipping carriers will no longer guarantee transit times. While it’s likely your order will arrive within the estimated timeframe, it’s not a guarantee. \nYou can use the tracking number provided on the shipping confirmation email to track shipping status and other order details.\nWe select Australia Post as the main carrier for the orders. However, other Australian Carriers may be selected occasionally.

For any returns or enquiries please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email. What are the terms of your returns policy? We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If products purchased from Edifier’s online store do not meet your expectations, you may return it with the packing slip within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Returned products must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories (including all warranty cards and product manuals/instructions). Sending a product to us that is not in resalable condition will result in the item being sent back to the customer at their expense. How long after purchase can I return a product? You may return a product within 30 days of the original purchase date. I want to ship a return. What do you need from me? Please follow these steps when returning your purchase to us: o Ship your item in its original packaging o Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories. o Include the packing slip or gift receipt sent with shipping confirmation; we will not accept returns without a packing slip or receipt. o Please put your order number with the letters RMA (ex. 1234-RMA) on the outside of the box. You do not need to call for an RMA number o Send the return back to the Returns Centre Address listed on the Shipping Confirmation Email that you were sent after purchase For proof of delivery, you must use a traceable carrier or shipping method. Am I responsible for shipping costs? You are responsible for all shipping charges -- except in cases where the return is due to a major error on our end. How will I receive my refund? Edifier Australia will issue a refund to the Credit Card used for the original purchase. How long will it take for me to receive my refund? For items directed to our Returns Centre, it can take up to 30 days to receive a refund after you have returned the item (in most cases you'll receive the refund sooner).
