The Sidchrome 1/2" Drive Socket Set has a diverse application including a 1/4” socket driver and bits. It includes 20 metric and 15 A/F drive sockets in a range of sizes as well as a ratchet, extensions, uni joint, 19 bits and socket driver with bit adaptor. 72 teeth ratchet with 5° arc swing required between each turn, ideal for high power applications or where limited arc swing or access is a consideration. The quick release button on the ratchet allows for easy removal of the fastener from the ratchet. The button triggers release of the socket with a ball detent, speeding up set up and pack up. 12 Point Socket profile maximises contact surface with the fastener enabling greater torque while reducing the risk of fastener rounding. Ideal for use on damaged, frozen or rusty fasteners.
