Orders are sent via Couriers Please, Aramex, Toll, Startrack and Australia Post.

We dispatch orders within 1-2 business days of receiving the order.

Delivery times vary depending on location. You will be sent a dispatch notification e-mail with tracking, which will have a link to track your parcel and will give you an estimated delivery date.

If one of our Couriers is unable to leave your parcel, you will be left a collection card with the details to collect your parcel from the nearest collection point.

Change of mind/incorrect choice:
If you have had a change of mind or have chosen a product incorrectly, we can offer a product exchange to the value of your product purchase.
Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order and must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Buyer will be responsible for return postage.

Faulty/Damaged:
If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving or as soon as you notice a fault or damage.
For minor faults or damage, you will be offered a replacement.
For major faults or damage, you will be offered a replacement or refund.
If your item cannot be replaced you will be offered a refund.

If you need to cancel your order please contact us before your order is dispatched and we can process this for you.
