The service agent will provide a detailed quote for site preparation and all products needed to complete your Installation. If you would like to proceed with the Tuff Turf Installation service, payment is arranged through your local Bunnings store and your service agent will arrange a time that suits you to complete your synthetic turf installation.

This service is available for Tuff Turf synthetic turf only.

Take your Tuff TUrf Installation information card to the Special Orders Desk to arrange service.

Installation information cards are located in the synthetic turf aisle or at the Special Orders desk in-store.

You can speak to any team member at the Special Orders desk or your landscaping expert.

After you have purchased your M&Q service, you can arrange a time that is convenient for both you and the service agent.

Travel up to 35km from the store booking your service is included. If the service agent is required to travel further than 35km from the booking store, there will be an additional charge per excess KM travelled.

If your synthetic turf has not been applied, you can request a refund at your local Bunnings store.

Refunds are available subject to an inspection by the service agent. Please contact your local Bunnings store for assistance.

You will receive your refund in the same method as payment was made.
Cash refunds will be provided instantly in-store, while credit card refunds will depend on your financial institution.

You can pay for your Tuff Turf Installtion in-store at your local Bunnings. Simply speak to a team member and purchase at the Special Orders desk.

This will vary depending on your installation's requirements. For more detail regarding service times please discuss with your service agent.
