The service

From just $275 Bunnings can help you replace your toilet*. This offer is like-for-like replacement only and does not include an initial install for toilets. New toilets must be installed in the same spot as previous toilet.

How it works

1Select a front-of-wall toilet, then add our $275 installation service. Next, organise installation in-store at the Special Orders Desk or online with hipages

2Your new toilet installation includes: installation of all fixtures and fittings, removal and disposal of your old toilet and a one-year warranty on the product and installation

3A fully registered and licensed tradesperson will install your new toilet and take away your old toilet

Bunnings has partnered with hipages to bring you this handy installation service. A fully registered and licensed tradeperson will install your toilet. (Note: the hipages booking form currently does not support Internet Explorer, please use another browser to book an installation.)

This installation offer is currently only available for any front-of-wall-cistern toilet purchased from Bunnings. Once you have chosen your toilet from our wide range, just pick up an installation card in-store at the Special Orders desk and we can help you organise your installation. 

Our toilet installation service costs $275, which includes installation of all fixtures and fittings, removal and disposal of your old toilet and a one-year warranty on the product and installation.

You must be a Bunnings Commercial PowerPass holder to participate in the installation program. If you are already a PowerPass holder, please register your interest in the hipages installation program.

A toilet installation will take approximately two to three hours.

  • Removal and disposal of old toilet
  • Installation of bowl and cistern
  • Plumbing in of fresh water and waste outlet
  • Sealing of toilet to floor
  • Disposal of any rubbish caused by installation
  • Clean up around the toilet

You can pay for your toilet installation in-store at your local Bunnings. Simply pick up a toilet installation card and pay for it at the register or the Special Orders desk.
If you find a competitor's lower price on the same stocked item, we'll beat it by 10%. Don't forget, our price guarantee excludes trade quotes, stock liquidations and commercial quantities
Exchanges are only available prior to installation.

Cash refunds will be provided instantly in-store, while credit card refunds will depend on your financial institution.
You will receive your refund in the same method as payment was made.
In the first instance please contact hipages on 1300 043 520 to discuss why you are not happy with the job. From here our number one priority is making sure you are happy with your installation.
If you have not activated or revealed the code on the voucher, then it can be returned to Bunnings for a full refund.
If you have lost your installation card, contact your local Bunnings to arrange a new card.
