We can help you organise a licensed electrician to replace your lighting, power points, switches & appliances from $180.

The service

You can have your lighting, powerpoints & appliances replaced by a fully licensed electrician.

This service is a like-for-like replacement only and does not include an initial install. New electrical products must be installed in the same location as previous products. See the full terms and conditions here.

Like-for-like replacement installation is available for:

  • Outdoor lighting
  • Pendant lighting
  • Downlights
  • Power points & switches

This installation offer is currently available for electrical products purchased from Bunnings. Once you have purchased your products from our wide range, you can organise your installation at the Special Orders Desk.

Our Electrical Installation services are available from $180.

This includes ‘standard' like-for-like replacement where the incoming product can be installed in the same position and with the same connections/configurations as the outgoing product.

Purchase your electrical products at Bunnings and pick up an installation information card. Installation can be organised in-store at the Special Orders desk.

After you have purchased your electrical products and installation, you can arrange a time that is convenient for both you and the electrician.

If your product has not been installed, you can request a refund at your local Bunnings store.
You will receive your refund in the same method as payment was made.
Cash refunds will be provided instantly in-store, while credit card refunds will depend on your financial institution.

You can pay for your Electrical Installation in-store at your local Bunnings. Simply speak to a team member and purchase at the Special Orders desk.

This will vary depending on your installation requirements. For more detail regarding installation times please discuss with your electrician.

The removal and disposal of your old lighting, power point & switch products is not included in this offer.

Removal of appliances can be arranged for an additional charge.

If additional parts are required, the customer will pay the electrician directly on the day of installation.
